Due to Kaz's experience as a HR Manager for UK's Number 1 retailer, being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and then eventually being retired on ill-health grounds, it puts him in a unique position to be able to speak frankly about disability and the work place and the impact it can have on your progression.

In addition, since being retired by Tesco in 2011, Kaz started his professional life again!  He used his academic Marketing background together with his eagerness and determination to forge a new career in social media marketing. Where he has setup a digital marketing agency called, Soc-Med: Social Media.
